This place rocks. for the DT st. paul office guy/gal or the farmers market weekend visitor, it's a total oasis. Staff are such real folks, much like the food. They always seem to be selling/promoting a local, conscious food producer and/or artist. I noticed at last visit, they were offering fully cooked, wholesome meals for 4 as a take-out item for around $20. Great deal! Check this place out the next time your in DT St. Paul.

Breakfast,lunch or dinner - good, filling, wholesome food. The staff is very friendly and helped us not feel stupid for not realizing right away how the ordering system works (order/pay at the counter, get a number to take to your table, etc). I would go back, even without a coupon.

Food has always been delicious. There is such an atmosphere & energy of connectedness in this place. They have great "date night" specials during the week usually - 2 pizzas and wine for $25, etc... Great place and I will return again and again and again.

This beautiful little book store (located right next to the city center market) carries a wonderful selection of new/used books and has a fantastic young persons section. The staff has always been very friendly.

This small town co-op is growing into it's new skin at the bigger/improved location. As a member/shopper, the management seems to be trying to find it's stride but it feels nice to get this kind of selection in our small town. The Farmers Market held in the parking lot every Saturday is such a treat too - 8am to 1pm.
