Treadle is a great little place to get all your sewing needs! The staff are eager to help and even more attentive if you sign up for one of their amazing classes! I have taken 2 classes from them and have been very happy with both. Also watch out for their great sales!

Aside from the wonderful selection of goods, Treadle is also an excellent resource for help on your sewing questions. The staff is helpful and friendly and they offer wonderful classes!

Treadle Yard Goods is a cozy shop with a very nice selection of fabrics - including some organic fabrics, quilting cottons, oilcloth, wool rayon blend felt, brocades, home dec, knits, and an especially nice collection of Japanese imports. Designers include Jane Sassman, Kaffe Fasset, and Anna Maria Horner. Their button selection is fabulous and they carry plenty of accessories and notions like elastic, thread, zippers, and beautifully detailed ribbon, as well as patterns and books. They are a wonderful resource for quality sewing materials.
