October 03, 2009 I bought my bike here, in large part because I was able to receive the assistance and information I needed to ensure that I was getting a bike that fit my body and my needs. Every time I stop in for small needs I get a smile and great service, and they handle all the small adjustments and tune-ups - with smiles! The staff makes this store great.

October 09, 2008 My daughter shopped around for a bicycle and finally decided to make her purchase at Penn Cycle. She has no regrets. She knows that if her bike should need servicing that they will stand behind their product. This is a great shop, equipped with lots of biking gear. I went back with her to Penn Cycle when her bike needed a tune-up and was impressed by the knowledge and kindness of the staff. She definitely made a great decision!
