There is always something going on at the Midtown Global Market, and always lots of people enjoying the good food, the music, or the general atmosphere of the market. There's lots of great art inside, including pieces of the Lake Street exhibit that was previously held at the MN History Center. There's also a great new ramp connecting it to the Greenway bike trail. A good place to stop for a snack or meet up with friends.

Midtown Global is a haven for ethnic foods of all sorts- it's hard to go wrong between the food booths, the produce exchange, stores and grocery items. Extremely convenient to access by bus, it is also located just off the greenway for the bikers and as other reviewers have mentioned, they will validate parking with purchase. Plenty of small local restaurants got their start at the global market- visit and see what goodies await!

Midtown Global Market is indeed that, a market full of lovely world inspired foods, services and goods. My out of town guests love coming here and one can find some great gift ideas for those squirrely friends that never tell you what they want. I have never left empty-handed or empty-bellied! AND, they validate parking if you make a purchase; what a perk. If you love world culture and want it all in one place, this is the spot for you.

this is a favorite spot for our entire family. the grocery store is great, the resturant selection is fantastic, free music, friendly retail stores, easy to park/ride/walk there. it is a wonderful gathering place for the community.
