All I have to say is that they the best cookies I have ever had! Some of them are even gluten-free & vegan, which is a major bonus for me. Thanks for the yummies, Fireroast!

Fireroast Mountain is a very welcoming and happy place to be. The food and beverages are excellent. Lisa is always experimenting, creating, and bringing in new items. They use local and organic whenever they can. I stop by to have a tamale and resupply my stock of Sumatra coffee whenever I'm in the neighborhood. They are a very community oriented business with lots of interesting activities and events where you are only a stranger once.

Wondreful latin cusine. Excellent tomales, quesadillas, nachos, and baked goods. She makes everything from scratch, even salsa in the fall.
