June 04, 2009 I have been a member of Zipcar (and in the past, Flexcar) ever since my partner and I went down to one car 4 years ago. I love the flexibility it allows - I can ride my bike or take the bus to work, but know that there are cars available if I need to run an errand or go to a doctor's appointment. No need to drive downtown anymore! Plus, they have just lowered their hourly rates for hybrids! Give them a try!

November 12, 2007 Flexcar is awesome! I use their pick-up trucks to go garage saleing, their all-wheel drives to go to the mountains, and the convertible mini's to do everthing under the sun! The system is simple and the price is right. Thier customer service is very helpful...I'm easily saving hundreds of dollars by reducing the maintnenance, miles, and gas on my own aging car, while not having to rely on friends or even worse - rental cars. Try it out - you'll be hooked like me!
