June 14, 2009 Best restaurant in Portland. Who better to open a restaurant than a former butcher with impecable taste. The small plate size is perfect so the diner can try many of the amazing dishes Toro Bravo provides. Great for an intimate date, and certainly worth the wait on a busy night.
