Harrity Tree Specialists, Inc. whom are certified arborists provided service to us on two occassions. While the first experience was fine and costs about $600 for very difficult work, the second service this October was poor. Although the onsite arborists were very nice and polite and had one task that they seemed thrilled to do for it's ease of time and level of difficulty, I was sent a bill for $325. At $75 per hour per man plus drive time, it wasnt't numerically possible this bill was correct. Upon my call to clarify the bill, the gentleman that answered the phone was miserably rude and a bit hostle. Even with my statements of wanting to maintain the relationship, his aggitation continued. In this day and age of plentiful service providers and the tight economy, I am dissapointed that this business has the luxury to be so blantenly rude.
