June 09, 2009 I was not impressed with the service staff - they had an event at Pioneer Square recently and I had them look at my bike where they made a number of recommendations and comments about all that was wrong with my bike, with how I needed to bring it in for repairs to their store. However my intuition encouraged me to check these comments out and sure enough, the things they said that were wrong with my bike were NOT. I felt very preyed upon as a less experienced biker after this and have decided not to use my Chinook Book coupon at their store.

November 10, 2007 Service that goes above and beyond: when my bike was stolen last year, it was recovered by a Bike Gallery employee who spotted the bike when it was wheeled in by someone who was not the owner. This employee took the time to recover the bike and call me. They provide great "wheel-in" service in the early mornings and have great bikes for every budget.

November 01, 2007 I got a new hybrid here for riding around town. They took good care of me and my bike. They have big sales periodically -- watch for them.
