By posting or displaying text, pictures, and other material on ecometro.com (“Content”), you are agreeing to the terms of our current Content Policy as posted here. If you do not agree with any term or provision in this Content Policy, please do not post or display Content on ecometro.com .
You must comply with the requirements and restrictions set forth below as well as those contained in our Terms of Service. Failure to comply with the Terms of Service and this Content Policy will result in termination of your access to ecometro.com.
1. Requirements/Guidelines for Posting or Displaying Content on ecometro.com
When posting or displaying Content on ecometro.com, you agree to adhere to and/or acknowledge the following:
- You will cite your sources or refer to the individual who had the idea first by directing others to the publication where you first viewed the content, whether a website, news story, or other source.
- You will not post inflammatory remarks. If you see an inflammatory remark on ecometro.com, do not respond with a counter attack. Instead, notify Celilo of the inflammatory remark.
- When reviewing a merchant or commenting on a blog or article, you are influencing the community and directly impacting a business. Accordingly, we require that you adhere to these terms:
- Be accurate and truthful;
- Do not claim you were poisoned by food at a restaurant unless you have absolute proof of the same. Allegations of food poisoning have serious consequences for restaurants.
- Your profile represents your online persona to the ecometro.com community. Accordingly, we recommend that you adhere to these terms:
- Interact as you would in person;
- Be relevant;
- Be specific regarding who, what, when, where, why, and how;
- Write only about your first-person experience. If a friend or other third party had a different experience, ask him or her to use ecometro.com to write about that experience.
- Conflicts of Interest. If you work for a business that is in competition with the one about which you are commenting or if you have a personal connection to a person or business about which you are commenting, you should provide information regarding the conflict when you make your comment or consider excluding the reference to the business or person from your comment. Do not post negative comments on competitive merchants’ profiles.

2. Content Restrictions
You may not post or display any of the following on ecometro.com:
- Content that infringes the copyrights or other proprietary rights of third parties;
- Content that is unlawful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, or invasive of a third party’s privacy;
- Content that promotes hate toward groups based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation/gender identity, or otherwise;
- Content that harasses, threatens, abuses, or intimidates any person or group of people;
- Content that contains sexually graphic material, or material that is otherwise deemed explicit by Celilo;
- Child pornography;
- Third parties’ private and confidential information, including without limitation addresses, credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and driver’s license numbers;
- Content through which you are impersonating another in a manner that is intended to and likely to mislead others;
- Unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes; or
- Malware, viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature.
