July 28, 2009 Really really impressed w/ the customer service here. Definitely went above and beyond what I've ever experienced or expected (thanks to Robert... killer service and an all around good guy). The mattress is great (logged 2 nights so far) and I'm enjoying it very much. Seem to have a pretty good program there. The boxed up mattress system is very impressive. I was able to put everything in my Volvo wagon (queen bed, bed frame, and all other nick nacks to go w/ it) and bring it into my house and set it up by myself. That alone is worth it to me. The sustainable claims seem legit and I can definitely see how their methods save on shipping... more units per container etc... excellent experience. Highly recommended. Another great part about them is the fact that they have only what they need. They don't have 10 beds that fit the same category... 1 for each... cuts out the clutter of having too many choices.
