February 13, 2008 While waiting for a table at the Edina Grill, we stumbled upon this little jewel right across the street. While the selection is not as extensive as Surdyck’s, there was a great assortment of artisan cheese from around the world. And the gentleman behind the counter was an expert in his trade! We left with just one cheese, a locally crafted bleu, and the sense that we discovered a little local treasure!
