The final touches are being put on the Confluence Project at locations along the Lewis and Clark trail on the Columbia Gorge, so be one of the first to see the blend of art and nature.
In September the Portland Institute for Creative Arts hosts the nationally famous Time-Based Arts Festival. Take advantage of our literary town with classes in printing and zine making at the Independent Publishing Resource Center, or take in poetry and stories from local and national writers through Loggernaut reading series, it’s a great way to end an active day.

Portland Green Drinks meets every first Tuesday in the EcoTrust Building with Hot Lips pizza and beer. This loose national organization formed for the eco-minded to chat about business, fun, and everything green.
