If you love art you’ll find lots of goodies at the Uptown Art Fair, Powderhorn Park Art Fair, and Loring Park Art Festival.

The Walker Art Center is a great place to meet new friends and take in a free Thursday night art lecture. There’s something every Thursday including international dancers, workshops like zine printing, art films, and much more, see their calendar.

Local craft groups host two mega events to support local artists and offer shoppers a chance to find unique gifts. In December look for the No Coast Craft-O-Rama and in April check out the St. Paul Craftstravaganza. The Twin Cities Green Drinks meets the second Wednesday of every month. The local chapter of this loose national organization is where the eco-minded meet to chat about business and everything green.
