This
carbon-neutral and zero-waste event will educate the community on easy
ways to save money and energy. Classes and activities throughout the
day include: how to become a savvy eco-shopper, bike repair, the MN
Energy Challenge, eco-art, and sustainable living. Plenty of giveaways
(Fair Trade coffee, bus passes, CFLs, and more) add another reason to
stop by the fair.

welcome fall with a colorful display of pumpkins and squash in the
Great Hall of the Oswald Visitor Center. Pumpkin Palooza Weekend (Oct
25-26) will feature mini-pumpkin heads, a screening of "Bill's Big
Pumpkins" documentary and pumpkin carving demonstrations. Use your
