except drive alone on trips to work, school or for errands.

Free Electronics Drop Off Events
Waste
Management will accept home electronics products for free at several
drop-off locations around town. Use this opportunity to properly
recycle the computers, cell phones, printers, TVs and most other old
equipment you've dug up during spring cleaning.

Routes would like to come to your work and share a coffeebreak with
you. If you can round up 5 or more co-workers who'd be interested in

- Sat, April 19 and Sun April 20: EarthFest at the Minnesota Zoo! Learn about animals neat extinction, make crafts, and learn hands-on about sustainable living.
- Sat, April 19-Tues April 22: Como Park Zoo and Conservatory hosts a Party for the Planet,
including presentations about making a toad house and rain garden.
Leonard Wilkening Children's Gallery will open the 19th for kids
experimental interactive learning.
- Sun, April 20: Minneapolis Recycle Run 5K, benefits Watershed Clean Up. Register online.
- Sun, April 20: Wishes for the Sky, the Harriet Island public art event. Get a free bus pass to this event through Metro's Go Greener program, which gives away free passes to hockey games and other major events.
